This thing is really nice, and really loud. I bought this to use at a rally and didnt get to use it, but I still played with it. Good quality, but big in size.

I bough this product for $39.95, owned it so far for about one week, and have charged the battery and used it about 4 times.
It comes with a rechargeable battery, or you can use standard batteries.
It is light weight, and has variable volume.
I use the strap to hang it on my shoulder, and the detachable microphone to speak into, or you can speak into the horn itself.
It comes with a setting to record but it only records for about 30 seconds.
Overall I am completely satisfied with this product and the price.
