Review : This product was easy to assemble and heated up quickly. I've used it only once and it did a good job steam cleaning our wood floors. The triangular shape of the head is a nice feature for getting into corners but It does have a couple of design flaws that would make the overall use easier. I wish it had an on/off switch so I could avoid walking over a wet floor to unplug after use (this might not be an issue if you have a choice of outlets in the rooms you clean). Also, I wish you didn't have to hold down the steam button the entire time, it gets uncomfortable after a short while. Finally, and this is minor, when the cord on the cloth pad is tightened around the head, it drags on the floor and gets in the way as you clean. Hope this product lasts longer than a year, the lifespan of this one's predecessor.

Review : I am happy with this purchase. I have only had it for about 2 months, but I notice that my tile floors are a lot cleaner with steam because there's no residue left behind.
