Good sound, nice sleek look in my opinion. A bit tricky for me to get the stations to be programmed. So-so on the microphone as it seems as the sound does not overpower the sound of the music, maybe i'll try with a different microphone... so far so good.

All in all this is a great all around receiver for your home audio. It has 200 watts of power and 3 input selections. There are two mic inputs and a decent tuner. Also comes with a spot to hook up 4 speakers. I have 2 200 watt house speakers hooked to mine and it is plenty loud with great bass and treble boost.

I was looking for a simple a, b, a+b receiver to run 2 sets of speakers in my sunroom and outdoors. I had read the reviews concerning issues with the default volume (high), no on/off on the remote and almost none existent instructions. Those reviews were 100% accurate, but still not deal breakers for the cost. What I'm disappointed in is that while there is a display for a, b and a+b, there is no way to change the speakers (i.e. if 2 sets are plugged in, 2 sets will always be on). The display must be used for another model as well. Ultimately, if looking for an inexpensive receiver with no frills the Pyle Pro PT260A doesn't seem to be a bad option.

Just installed a Pyle PT260A receiver in my shop complex. It powers up 5 sets of speakers without distortion or reduced speaker power/volume. My IPOD was easy to set up and the remote makes it easy to operate. Hey, for $73.99 and all the power and features I was unsure of this product. However, now that it is all set up I am very impressed. Shopped the heck out of this purchase locally at all the big boxes and nobody could touch the price and features of this receiver.
