Review : I just purchased a Pyle Vintage Classical Turntable w/ AM/FM Radio, CD, Cassette & USB/SD Slot Model PTTCDS7U. The turntable & speakers work great so far. I have not yet tested the other features. I am very happy with it. It was well packaged & arrived in only 3 days. Thank you.

Review : I really bought this unit to replace a broken turntable. I was surprised by how much more you can do with it. Let's face it, a unit this size is not going to have punchy sound, but it is enough to be heard in a room, and it has RCA outputs to connect to a larger amplifier/receiver. It also has an earphone jack. What really surprises is the flexibility it provides. For the FM tuner you can set almost 30 station presets. and 10 for the AM. You can play music from the turntable, CD (including MP3 CDs) cassettes, AM/FM tuner, USB (MP3) or MMC card (MP3) or from the AUX input. You can record to USB/MMC in MP3 format (128K) from the turntable, the CD (including MP3), cassette, AM/FM or the AUX in connector. Some of this functionality is not clearly specified in the manual. When recording from MP3 CD, you can select one file, a folder or all files. All this recording from the different sources is in real time, you need to play the source to create the MP3 files in the USB/MMC, but you can copy directly MP3 files between the USB and the MMC. The unit includes a remote control and an extra stylus for the turntable. For the price of a turntable you get all this extra functionality duplicating some functions normally done by a computer. Not bad at all for a unit with a price comparable to many turntables.
